Profile of Ronald M. Hawes (Director TWCS Inc)

Ronald Hawes has some 40 years operational experience in International Banking. When he retired from Deutsche Bank AG Frankfurt in June 2007, he held the position of Director level as a Global Operations Control Risk Manager, covering Cash Operations, Securities Operations, Custody and Corporate Trust Agency Services and Trade Finance Operations (covering some 80 plus units in some 35 different countries).

• In June 2007 Ronald Hawes set up his own consultancy company TransWorld Consultancy Services Inc in order to provide banking practitioner services on operational processes and controls to the financial services industry and other service companies.

• Prior to this role within Deutsche Bank and previously with Bankers Trust Company (the latter being taken over by Deutsche Bank), he had undertaken numerous different day to day operational departmental management roles, at country level and european regional level.

• In addition his career included various significant project management assignments involving operational re- engineering and operational outsourcing, including the complete set up of a data processing centre in Dublin. Subsquently also managed operational outsourcing projects to India. Other significant project management roles include:- The implementation co-ordination of the introduction of the euro. The year 2000 implementation, The migration of business from Bankers Trust Company to Deutsche Bank at the time of the takeover. Legal and Regulatory realignment of various subsidary entities.

• During the past 15 years he has spoken at a number of external conferences on various banking topics in Europe and in the Middle East and more recently conducted a number of internal and external training workshops

• He has a masters Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from City University London.
